"Angels Overlooking The Mercy Seat"

Months ago when this was a topic I wanted to chime in and write about how I had been contemplating on the very scripture in Exodus 25:20 that points out that the cherubim’s face the mercy seat from opposite ends and are looking down upon it.  In my mind I could picture them looking with amazement at the mercy and looking at one another, then glancing over at me, looking back towards one another,  and doing exactly what a dog would do when they are confused.  A dog will cock his head over to the side, trying to figure out what is happening.  I could just see the angels of God Almighty in great wonder trying to figure out what in the world God is doing.  They continue looking at one another and then glance back down at the mercy seat, and then they understand.

Mercy and Grace are gifts from the Almighty.  I take great comfort from the whole arrangement that God has laid out for us.  Blessed be His Holy name.  Thank you Jesus!
