I agree wholeheartedly with Gary's comments to Daniel Matson.  I absolutely love that book, and I am grateful to Daniel and his wife, Angi, for their diligence and comprehensive study as presented in his book.  Daniel took the evidence and presented in a manner which we could understand.  This is appreciated by a non-mathmetician type!  :)
