Thanks! I have not written anything on the number 40 so far in the two parts of my series on the rapture. It is not because there isn't anything to write about this number, but it's just that there are many aspects to the riddles. The number 40 is SIGNIFICANT because it was the 40 days & nights of raining that caused Noah's Flood. Nov 8th 2006 is the aniversary of the Great Flood of Noah. In this light, it is highly significant that the Rapture Quarter is the 40th Statehood quarter that will be released soon under the 50 States Quarter Program sometime next month.

Of course, you mentioned 40 YEARS; from the Six-Day War, 6-7-1967 to Nov 8, 2006, there are 40 360-day years. This, too, is highly significant.
