The below PC-Illusion is the best that I have seen yet.  It was sent to me by a good friend of mine.  Follow his directions below and you will have no trouble at all seeing an easily recognizable Image.

I tried different lighting conditions and I found that if the wall is in subdued light, the image will be the best.
