Fulfilled Prophecy's most likely candidate for AC is in the UN in New York for the five days leading up to and including Sept 23rd or Rosh Hoshanah. He is the EU's High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy and his post was created by a document numbered 666. Then the EU consolidated his power with Recommendation 666.
 
Yes well, so this EU High Office Holder is in the UN for these six days ending on Rosh Hoshanah. Long way from Europe though.

There is much to learn about this man on this website as well as Constance Cumbey's blogspot (linked on the FP site), but, if Dan Matson is correct, very little time left to do it in!
This man's history is remarkable and he is now negotiating with Iran on behalf of the US and the EU and the UN. Yes, that's the world.
