"encounter with an angel"

Take this for the truth as I went through it and can confirm it.
----------------------------

I was driving up this evening of 9/10 on I95 from Flordia to Georgia. Headed to my new job in Savannah,GA.

I was asking the LORD why no signs have been provided to me. I love all these wonderful messages and really do LOVE YOU BIG TIME, but this doubting engineer needs proof - something I can hang my hat on!  This was asked at exactly 16:35 on Sunday.

Five minutes later - 5 minutes --- a 18 wheeler is hunking his horn at me. --- Then a car pulls alongside and said my tire was flat. Great! My small spare is not made for a 200 miles run to Savannah.

I am located in a remote area of Florida. Made it to the next stop - 5 miles, filled the right rear tire with air at a BP gas stop and hoped for the best. There was no tire store or working gas station any where around.

Figured I try for the next stop 12 miles up the road. Barely made it as I pulled into convience store in a most desolate place. No gas station -- nothing. And my tire was nearly flat.

OUT OF NOWHERE
A young 30 year old cracker walks up and says 'looks like it is flat' - sure was I replied -- do you know were I can get it repaired. "Yes, I do tires at my house down the road about a mile".

Time for an adventure, Jeb jumped into the passenger seat of my white 95 pontiac van and steered me down the road. I had no ideal were I was headed and what was to happen.

Just place trust in the Lord, I guess!

We took a right turn past a closed tire store and headed down a gravel road to some old mobile homes. Right next to his mobile home was a pile of tires.

He jumped out, found me a tire on a  wheel already mounted. I asked how much and he said $20.

I asked him to his smilin tan face - Are you an angel? He looked up under his panama straw hat with a big grin – “I Like To Help People"!

Well okay I guess -- I told him GOD Bless and gave him $20 plus $20 tip. I offered to give him a ride back to the store and he said "No Need"

I turned around to put my bad tire into my car and looked back and HE WAS GONE - like disappeared.

Were did he go - I dunno.

That was strange ----

So I went back to the store to compliment them for having this service for the drivers. "What, who, when" we don't know what you are talking about. I said - you know the fellow down by the tire store.

"THERE IS NO TIRE STORE FOR ANOTHER 3O MILES"

I was now really curious --- so I headed back to the spot of his mobile home and tire store.

Could not find either one - nor could I find the gravel road!  And I am seasoned world traveler - I don't get lost!

Somewhere there is a nice fellow and I like to think an angel by the name of JEB who does tire repair.

LOVE IT LORD and I got the sign which i could hang my hat on.

LORD - Thank You For Answering My Prayers!

Was Jeb an angel and a sign --- what do you think?
