Evolution Not Proved by Butterfly #415

There was an announcement in July about a new species of butterfly in South America. Most of the larger newspapers  and many TV stations called the story proof of evolution and are still making a big deal out of it. Some of the news media included photographs of the new butterfly with it’s cousins. This is another scam to influence people who do not understand.
 
The new butterfly, Heliconius heurippa, was supposedly “created.” There is a problem here. They used two other species of Heliconius butterflies to breed the new one. This is only a variation. When Cockapoo dogs were bred by crossing Cocker Spaniels and Poodles, there was no claim of creation. This is true of other breeds of dogs. This is true in cats, cattle, and most animals. It is also true when a new rose is developed, new corn, and on and on in the plant world.
 
Nothing new has been created in either the animal or plant world. Animals are cross bred and plants are hybridized to bring out new qualities in the same type of animal or plant. You can cross breed a Great Dane and a Chihuahua and who knows what strange looking dog you would get, but it would still be a dog. You cannot cross breed a dog and a cat. Never. Not even by artificial insemination.
 
Now, back to the Lepidoptera (butterflies and moths). Scientists could possibly selectively breed a lepidoptera as big as a chicken with checkerboard wings, but they will still be lepidoptera with no beak or feathers.
 
The book, Evolution of the Insects, states on page 556 that Lepidoptera wings and scales have been found in Early Jurassic rock. Dinosaur fossils are found in that rock layer. So, the first time we find fossilized evidence of Lepidoptera, the fossil is 100% Lepidoptera, as the creation model states. They are and always have been one kind of animal.
 
Man cannot create anything. That ability lies with only God, the Creator. Man can only make something from existing materials, like a new butterfly subspecies.
 
BIBLE VERSE ABOUT THIS:
Genesis 6:19 “And of every living thing of all flesh you shall bring two of every sort into the ark, to keep them alive with you; they shall be male and female.”
Only two canines could breed every dog, wolf, coyote, etc. Only God/JESUS could create the first two canines. Likewise with the other animals.
