Hello John,

I mean this as no offense to Deborah who posted regarding the Diamond Rio song...but there is no conspiracy that I'm aware of against Diamond Rio or songs of that nature in country radio.  I have worked in radio for 23 years....country radio for the past 10....and many songs such as Clay Walker "A few questions", Josh Turner "Long Black Train" have had major success and acceptance.  The Diamond Rio song was officially released (I saw the cd arrive at the station weeks ago).  There is intense competition on the chart these days so it's possible the song just didn't have what it took to get in the top 50.  Again, no offense to the people that love the song.  I just think reading a conspiracy into the song not charting is not accurate.  Certainly, there are enough real things in this world out to get us, there's no need to add to that list :)
