"RE: Ian Mallett's Posting"
Hi Gwen
In late November 1993. the Holy Spirit told me that '37
is the number of God'. I had been on my knees praying the Lord would give
me understanding about the number of the Beast 666 because I felt that
there was no real understanding concerning this number and had read so
much rubbish. It was about a week later that I had a real warm feeling,
I suppose in my solar plexus, and a 'voice' (inaudible!) telling me about
37. It didn't seem as this thought was in my brain but in my body. I was
aware that 37 is the highest prime factor of 666 (2 x 3 x 3 x 37) and simply
could not reconcile this idea. How on earth could a number associated with
this infamous number 666 be the number of God? It just didn't make sense
to me and after a few days I let it go.
Some three months later, in March 1994, I went to hear
Jacov Prasch preaching in Liverpool and in the interval purchased a book
'The Seal of God' by FC Payne (see Phil's recent letter, 28th Sep, 'The
Magic That Is Jesus') and opened it exactly at a chapter about the number
37! I was staggered to find the values of the Greek names of Jesus, Christ,
Son of Man, Theotes (Godhead) all had a highest prime factor of 37! WOW!
I have since discovered many things relating to 37 and
indeed the oldest name of God (an aramaic name) found only once in the
whole Bible, in the book of Daniel, has a gematria of 37!
Even if you find it heavy going, I would really recommend
that you read my article 'Does God think 1 is prime?' http://www.fivedoves.com/revdrnatch/Does_God_think_1_is_prime.htm
and you will discover just how important the number 37 is. The number 37
is also very significant in Genesis 1:1 and there are quite a number of
sites relating to this. I would also recommend your taking a look at Vernon
Jenkin's site http://homepage.virgin.net/vernon.jenkins/
- you will be amazed, I promise!
As for 1147, apart from 'Professor Ian Mallett' which
is a kind of joke but with reason, this is equal to 31 (EL) x 37, i.e.
the product of two names of God. The cluster of 1,147 is 1 + 147 or 148
and this is the value of the Hebrew word Pesach, i.e. Passover. However,
I don't have a great deal of information on this particular figure.
I hope this helps and that God will bless your interest
in the number 37.
With love in the Lord
Ian Mallett
