Dear Doves,

I have just read Phil's letter (28 Sep 2006), 'The Magic That Is Jesus' and I quote: 'I have just read your article through and was very impressed. Thanks. It lost me in a couple of places but is much easier to read than Prof. Ian Mallett's articles.'
 
First, all future articles will be by 'Ian Mallett' rather than using the pseudonyms 'Rev Dr Natch', Aaron B Cohen, BA' and 'Professor Ian Mallett'. I had a number of reasons for using these names and I must say that I am surprised that no-one has picked up the fact that all three names are multiples of 37! (851, 333 and 1147).
 
Second, and more importantly, I understand that my articles may be difficult to read. I consider myself more of a researcher than an author and some of my findings have been used by John (Tng) and Vernon Jenkins. If there are any Doves out there who feel they could re-work my articles to make the information more accessible to the average reader it would be very much appreciated. Unfortunately, I don't seem to have the capacity to do this.
 
Thank you John for providing this wonderful site and for your tremendous insight, and to all the Doves for their input.
