A Wonderful Promise to those who THAT DAY will be even
'a found in' ... in Jerusalem.

Zechariah 12:

8  In THAT DAY shall the LORD defend the inhabitants
of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that
day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be
as God, as the angel of the LORD before them.

9  And it shall come to pass in THAT DAY, that I will
seek to destroy all the nations that come against
Jerusalem.

10  And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon
the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and
of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom
they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as
one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in
bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for
his firstborn.

11  In THAT DAY shall there be a great mourning in
Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the
valley of Megiddon.
12  And the land shall mourn, every family apart; the
family of the house of David apart, and their wives
apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and
their wives apart;
13  The family of the house of Levi apart, and their
wives apart; the family of Shimei apart, and their
wives apart;
14  All the families that remain, every family apart,
and their wives apart.

Zechariah 13:
1  In THAT DAY there shall be a fountain opened to the
house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for
sin and for uncleanness.
 

And what parameters describe 'THAT DAY' ... (to see -

Zechariah 12:

1  The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel,
saith the LORD, which stretcheth forth the heavens,
and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth
the spirit of man within him.

2  Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling
unto all the people round about, when they shall be in
the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.

3  And in THAT DAY will I make Jerusalem a burdensome
stone for all people: all that burden themselves with
it shall be cut in pieces, though ALL the PEOPLE OF
the EARTH be gathered together against it.

Facts :
Multi National Forces (mnf) are being positioned in
areas surrounding Jerusalem. The media is using the
phrase "West Bank" as an indirect way of saying
"Jerusalem" (Jerusalem is contained within the West
Bank and she is the prize goal of every interfering
nation).

Jesus said that when you see Jerusalem surrounded by
armies, then flee -- Luke 21: 20

Note well the word "desolation" maintained in all of
these passages: Parallel passages -- Matthew 24:15,
Mark 13:14, Daniel 9:27 (desolate)

The Webster dictionary defines "desolate" as: "to lay
waste; lifeless " ... as ... by an attack, and not as
by a desecration (sacrilege) or image.

Therefore it is easily understood that the
"abomination of/(or that leads to) desolation" -
recall Barak handing over the temple mount security to
the Muslim Waif October 2000 ... so desolation BY a
desolating force.

1. Lebanon (O.Ed note --  not an army, but a navy and

German Navy and Air Force at ports / airports of
Lebanon
Germans (Gomer) begin to patrol Lebanon's air and sea
ports -- Sept. 7, 2006
"Today," [September 7, 2006] the statement continue,
"German experts and their equipment are expected to
arrive at Beirut International Airport. The Lebanese
Government and the UN have also agreed that German
naval forces will deploy opposite the Lebanese coast."

2. Syria (O.Ed: this time an Army)

US wants Germans ( Gomer) to patrol Leb - Syrian
border -- Sept. 9, 2006

Meanwhile, the US is attempting to arrange for German
troops to patrol the border between Syria and Lebanon.

No agreement on German patrols has yet been finalized
between Washington and Berlin, as Germany is still
waiting for Lebanon's reaction to the proposal, Israel
Radio reported.

Abbas has called for an international force in the
West Bank [Ed: Jerusalem] and Gaza to prevent friction

Today (Sept. 13, 2006) Arutz Sheva Israeli News
reported that the Israeli Commander of the Northern
troops and the Israeli Commander of the Central troops
resigned.

This now creates a military-leadership vacuum, and
since "nature abhors a vacuum", that leadership will
have to be replaced.

Will US/mnf fill that void? After all, we are
committed to technological (command and control)
assistance to Israel.

leadership of this new international force," said
Bush, "give it robust rules of engagement and deploy
it as quickly as possible to secure the peace."

Bush ... declined to commit troops to the area.
Instead, the U.S. will provide logistical support,
