PS: From what I have read about this crash, the pilot actually steered the jet onto the wrong runway, and then handed the controls to this co-pilot to take off.  The airport runways had just undergone a reconstruction, making changes to the entrance to the runways....pilots assumed they were on the correct runway, when in fact they were not.  Control tower was suppose to be manned with 2 people, but only had one over-worked controller......who apparently turned his back to the jet after clearance for take off was given, and thus didn't notice that they turned onto the wrong runway.  One mistake took place and the mitigating control (the control tower) was ineffective.  This guy is in very serious condition in the hospital.  But nothing is too hard for God!
