I am posting my PowerPoint presentation of all the diagrams in my book on my website and they are here at the below link. Hopefully this will help.
 
I do have about 400 books left, which can be mailed wherever they need to go, but at this point it may be best to mail them to those who will need them the most in six or seven days. Prices are now at or below cost. At this hour I am open to any suggestions or special arrangements.
 
Hopefully it is time to fill those barrels with water.
