THE MYSTERIOUS TIMING OF MEL-CHIZ'E-DEK AND THE DAY OF THE LORD PART FIVE

This is part 5 the final article not only involving our Glorious future of the mystery of Mel-chiz'e-dek but He is mentioned in Psalm 110:4.I think it is kind of interesting that Psalm 110 has been referred to as "the Mystery Psalm" for centuries by people that did not even have any interest whatsoever in End Time Bible Prophecy. This article will deal with Psalm 107 to 113 and examine this 7 candlestick Menorah design in Scripture that to me is so obvious because Psalm 107 starts the Deuteronomy section of the Psalms (the fifth book).Psalm 106 ends the Numbers section of the Psalms (the fourth book).King David is a type of the Church and he finishes the Numbers section at the end of Psalm 106. Psalm 107 is the book that has 7 reverse Hebrew Nuns bracketed before verses 23,24,25,26,27,28 and 40 that sort of look like bowls of Wrath turned upside down. The verses that are bracketed by the Reverse Hebrew Nuns talk about Mystery Babylon and God's judgment. These verses that are bracketed by the Reverse Hebrew Nuns tell me that God is turning His back on the World in Wrath.I sort of stumbled on this subject (Reverse Hebrew Nuns). This chapter (Psalm 107) clearly and distinctly start the Judgment of God.Whether the Day of the Lord will start in the year 2007 is debatable but from the bottom of my heart with everything I am seeing around the World it very well may start in 2007.The link for part four is at the top if you would like some background.

In like manner I sort of stumbled on the whole subject of Mel-chiz'e-dek.Of course it sounds more spiritual to say I don't believe in accidents but at the very least I did not plan it. As I was studying the subject of Melchizedek I noticed He was couched in Psalm 110:4.Not only is Psalm 110 the forth chapter after Psalm 107 (Servant Candle) but Melchizedek is mentioned in verse 4 out of 7 verses. This is the first time I have ever seen this but this is a Servant Candle within a Servant Candle. Some people may be asking "What is he talking about?" In a Jewish Menorah there are 7 candlesticks. The fourth is the center of the Jewish Menorah. Jesus Christ is always represented by the forth candlestick because He is right in the middle. Jesus Christ is not bound by time. He can go forward or backwards at will because He is God. Psalm 107,108,109,"110", 111,112, and 113. If that were not enough there are 7 verses in Psalm 110 and Mel-chiz'e-dek is revealed in verse 4. What are the odds of that? Verses 1,2,3,"4",5,6,and 7. Did you ever see a Servant Candle within a Servant Candle? I believe you are looking at one as we converse.

I just want to say I am not saying Mel-chiz'e-dek was Jesus Christ Himself. I am saying I believe the evidence points to this fact. I would also like to say many good theologians believe that Mel-chiz'e-dek was Jesus Christ Himself. At the very least Mel-chiz'e-dek was a type of Jesus Christ's future Priesthood in His Millennial Reign.Hebrews 5:6 verifies Jesus Christ's Priesthood and His legitimacy in comparison to Psalm 110:4 not after the order of Aaron or Levi but from the tribe of Judah. Genesis Chapter 14 pictures Mel-chiz'e-dek as King of Jerusalem and Priest.Psalm 110 paints the same picture. Hebrews 5-7 shows that Jesus Christ is "a Priest forever after the order of Mel-chiz'e-dek." Hebrews 5:6. That same sentence is repeated several times in Chapters 5-7 in Hebrews. For a brief moment Jesus Christ is mentioned as a suffering Messiah in Chapter 5 but you have to understand that Mel-chiz'e-dek is primary focusing on Jesus Christ's role as King and Priest. This reality starts in the middle of the 7 year Tribulation Period. With these facts in mind when you see Mel-chiz'e-dek referenced in Psalm 110:4 it is referring to His Kingship and Priesthood. It is sandwiched in the middle of this set of seven verses in Psalm 110 because Jesus Christ in the middle of the Seven Year Tribulation Period is about to take control as the Servant Candle within a Servant Candle. This is when our King takes great Power and begins to Reign. Revelation 11:15.

Let me just talk about each Psalm briefly to show you why Mel-chiz'e-dek is in Psalm 110:4.The Servant Candle Psalm (the 4th candlestick) will show a pattern that is so obvious that most people will be able to understand the pattern of how these 7 Psalms are layed out; however, one can only comprehend this if they understand the significance of Mel-chiz'e-dek and where He is justapostioned.

My purpose is to talk about these Psalms in general brief terms so you understand the pattern but since there is another Servant Candle within a Servant Candle I must go over the specific verses in Psalm 110 to show you the overwhelming evidence that this World is on the verge of the Day of the Lord.

Psalm 107 would have to be obvious because as I noted it starts the Deuteronomy Section of the Psalms (the 5th and last book) and 7 Reverse Hebrews Nuns are bracket before verses 23,24,25,26,27,28 and 40.This Psalm speaks of suffering, darkness, and the Tribulation Period in the heart of God's judgment. Psalm 108 gradually starts out with Praise but God intervenes by reinforcing His claim on certain territories.Wilt not thou,O God,who has cast us off? and wilt not Thou,O God,go forth with our hosts? (12) Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man (13) Through God we shall do valiantly:for He it is that shall tread down our enemies. Psalm 108:11-13.Do you really need any commentary on this passage of Scripture but please note this chapter has thirteen verses (13; Apostasy). In Psalm 109 Israel is crying out to God about the wicked and deceitful. In verse 6 "Set thou a wicked man over him: and let Sa'tan stand at his right hand." Here the Antichrist is mentioned but let me assure you that the mention of Mel-chiz'd-dek is far more important, powerful and significant in Psalm 110:4. Psalm 109:10 might be a reference to the Remnant fleeing to Petra. This whole Psalm is very dark; however,at the end of Psalm 109 Israel cries out to God for help and it does close with Praise and God standing at "the right hand of the poor." Psalm 110 is not only the "Mystery Psalm" because of the mention of Mel-chiz'e-dek but it is also the Rescue Psalm. Psalm 110:1... "Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. This sort of reminds me of Psalm 2 when the Holy Spirit speaks of God judging the Nations of the World. Verse 2 talks about Jesus Christ ruling "out of Zion: rule Thou in the midst of Thine enemies." In this Psalm He is striking Kings, judging the heathen and people are dying.Mel-chiz'e-dek/Jesus Christ is now taking action. Psalm 111 takes on an entirely different tone "after" Psalm 110 (The Servant Candle Psalm). Psalm 111 is a Praise Psalm. The Lord is great,His Righteousness endureth forever. His graciousness and compassion is also revealed.Verse 4 in this Chapter might be a reference to God feeding the Remnant in Petra. His power, judgment, and Redemption are highlighted in this Chapter. In Psalm 112 the writer cannot resist talking about the Millennium in the first 4 verses. This Psalm speaks of the wicked being judged,Righteousness endureth forever and the desire of the wicked perishing.Psalm 113 speaks of Praising the Lord.If this particular Psalm is not speaking of the end of the 7 year Tribulation Period and the beginning of the Millennium than I must be seeing things.Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and forever more (3) From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord's name is to be praised (4). The Lord is high above all Nations, and His glory above the Heavens. There are more references to the 1000 year Rule and  Reign of Jesus Christ in the remaining verses of this chapter. You will have to read the whole thing. Isn't it interesting that Psalm 107,108,and 109 are dark.Psalm 110 (the forth Psalm;the Servant Candle) is when Jesus Christ actually takes action. Psalms 111,112,and 113 are Praise Psalms revealing the object hope and Love in Jesus Christ.

Psalm 110:1 introduces God's judgment on Planet Earth.Verses 2 and 3 give a prelude to the Power of Jesus Christ.Verse 4 talks about Mel-chiz'e-dek the Priest (The Servant Candle verse of Psalm 110). Verses 5 through 7 speak of the last half of the Tribulation Period as Jesus Christ the King exercises His Power and begins to Reign.I am writing these articles in the year 2006.It would have to be obvious that the Rapture,Day of the Lord, and our King and Priest's future Reign is about to take center stage on this Planet. If you have not accepted Jesus Christ into your heart to be a part of this Glory in Him rather than the wrath that is inevitability going to be exercised on Planet Earth very soon then this would be a very wise decision to make.Don't be like the average person that does not care.Make it a priority to accept Jesus Christ into your heart and live for Him. It is obviously the right choice to make.

If you are a watcher you would have to be getting really excited with the anticipation of our Lord's Soon Return111

See you Soon
