"Hurricanes on America's Coast"

Today, I listened to the CD by Perry Stone "Hurricanes on America's
Coast", which is excellent, and I will just mention a few points of
interest.

The Tsunami, this past December, and Katrina were like it was in the
days of Noah.  The waters of deep were released, and waters of heaven
were released, producing a flood.   People in New Orleans didn't believe
that anything would happen, just as it was in the days of Noah.

Warnings were given prior to the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD.  A
star resembling a sword hung over the city.  A comet was visible above
the city for one year.  The eastern gate was opened and closed by
itself, whereas it normally took 20 men to do it, signifying that the
city would be open to the enemy.  Jesus warned the people 40 years
before that they should flee at a specific time.  Those who stayed
starved or were killed, however, there were Christians who fled and they
were saved.

Jerusalem was destroyed for four reasons:  the shedding of innocent
blood; the people did not repent; they rejected Jesus as the Messiah;
and the priests were corrupt.

What are the sins of New Orleans?  They are:  pornography, voodooism
(15% of the population is into voodooism), and New Orleans is the voodoo
capitol of the US); Mardi Gras (people doing all sorts of sinful things
and then go to church for forgiveness); presence of evil spirits;
prostitution; drugs; alcoholism; and homosexuality and cross dressing.

God permits judgment to produce repentance.  Perry feels that trouble is
coming to the coastal areas of America and the world by way of
whirlwinds.  Lot lost his home and some of his family (wife and
daughters and their husbands) because they did not flee as God warned.

We need to repent for our sins as Americans, and seek God's will through
prayer as to whether we should flee the coastal areas.  We must minister
to those in need, and warn those who are living without the Lord.

This CD can be ordered on www.perrystone.org and I would recommend it
highly.
