I watched Perry Stone recently, and he spoke about Teshuva, which runs
29 days prior to the Feast of Atonement.  This year it runs from
September 5 - October 13, however, the period from September 5 - October
3 is the Season of Repentance, and the period from October 4 - 13 is the
Season of Awe.  He stated that the scripture that is read daily during
this time is Psalm 27.  Certainly we in America need to repent, and this
is the time to do it!
