"I too Believe in a "Pre-Wrath" "Day of the Lord" "Rapture"- But a Different Timing"

For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.  For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.  But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.  I Thessalonians 5:2-4

Some have expressed the opinion that the "Day of the Lord" is the tribulation while others have expressed the opinion that the "Day of the Lord" is a "pre-wrath" rapture directly after the tribulation but before or as Christ returns to establish His 1,000 year rule upon this Earth.

I too "believe" in a "Pre-Wrath" "Day of the Lord", but when I read the many verses in the Bible that have the phrase "day of the Lord", I cannot help but reach the conclusion that the "day of the Lord" is after the Millenium and satans "short season", when the earth, the sky, the universe, and all matter "for that matter" is burnt up.

The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:  And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?  Joel 2:10-11

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.  And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.  And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.  Genesis 1:1-3

Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light Amos 5:18

Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?  Amos 5:20

But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.  II Peter 3:10
