I do not claim to be a prophet of God and am not one who has ever had open visions or anything like that.  However, there have been six powerful dreams that I have been given and could not put into words why they are so different from normal dreams, or why I even know they were supernatural.  I just do.  It is not fitting for any believer to "toot" their own horns, and by no means do I tell of these things to do that .... Rather, I tell of the first dream to explain why I know that the second was truly from Him.  The second one that I am writing here was the MOST powerful of any that I have had.  It is the one that I am sure without a doubt was from Him.  I say this even though some of the dreams have already come to pass.  The one I speak of has not yet happened.
 
The first of them was about my girlfriend.  She and her husband were in their late 30's and were believing the Lord for a child for many years.  One night I was woken up and told to write down what I had seen and heard in my dream.  I thought I was just dreaming so I didn't get up.  But very powerfully I was told again, so I did it.  What I heard was to tell my friend "the time for the Word of the Lord to come to pass in your life has come" .... and I was told to also tell her that He wanted her to know that it was Him doing this thing in her life.  The vision in my dream was of me holding her baby in my arms in church with tears of true happiness streaming over the baby.  I could hardly sleep the rest of the night after this (it was around 3:30 a.m.) .... The next morning I called her house at 6:00 a.m. to tell her what happened.  She had left to go out of town to a conference but her husband was very excited and called her right away.  I had never had anything supernatural happen through me before and didn't know if this was the real thing or not, but was still faithful to write what I saw and heard.  Please understand that I love my friends and would never "toy" with such a tender issue with them if I didn't believe that my experience was real.  My friend also knew my heart and she believed the word from the Lord.  The VERY NEXT month, she became pregnant confirming His word to her.  (I cannot express my joy during that time - which was over 9 years ago).
 
That brings me to this other dream.  Although I have had two other dreams that have also come to pass, the purpose of this post is to tell of the one that was MOST powerful and that I am sure comes from the Lord.  Please forgive my lack of words to draw an accurate picture of what I saw ...
 
My husband and I were walking along a boardwalk (although I have never been there, it looked like Atlantic City, NJ) in the afternoon.  It was a normal day.  We were casually strolling along watching all the other people on the boardwalk.  It was a slightly overcast day.  But SUDDENLY the thickest, blackest most awesome clouds started billowing, rushing, overtaking the sky above.  Everybody froze -- just starring, with jaws dropping at what was happening.  After this, the most amazing thing happened.  In the midst of this blackness was the tiniest speck of pulsating bright white light appeared.  It pulsated and pulsated, slowly growing larger until the moment it fully penetrated the blackness.  And then, the most unbelievable, indescribable, mind-numbing explosion sound .... BAAAMMMM!!!!!!!  The moment I saw the speck of pulsating light, I began to jump up and down, screaming at the top of my lungs with absolute complete excitement, "HE'S HERE, HE'S HERE!!!!! JESUS IS HERE!!!!!"  I remember looking to everyone else on the boardwalk to share my overwhelming excitement and joy and NO ONE was even moving, everyone was mortally paralyzed with fear. I wasn't. I was overwhelmed with joy.  I couldn't stop screaming my head off jumping up and down.  My husband was frozen solid starring up at the sky.  In the next instant (right after the SUPER loud explosion sound) my husband and I were going up an escalator into the clouds and instantly I woke up.
 
NEVER have I had an experience like this.  I will NEVER forget every image of this dream.  I do not claim to understand all the symbolism in it although I have a couple of personal theories.  But I am not writing this down to give you my personal opinions of the dream.  Just the dream as I saw it.
 
I have thought many times to post this dream, but have not felt led to do so until now.
