No, I don't believe Katrina was the "second strike" as seen in Michael Boldea's dream.  Although, I do believe that is was a judgment from God to chastise many for the sake of repentance and to punish others whom He determined.  I have compiled a list of contemporary prophecies concerning this "second strike" and will gladly send it to you if you request it.  I sent this same list to Michael Boldea himself and he gave it his nod of approval.  In short, I believe the following:  The second serpent he saw had black and red diagonal stripes.  I believe that this represents a dual judgment or concurrent judgment.  I believe that the red stripe represents death (bloodshed) caused by terrorist attacks (nuclear explosions and chemical).  The black stripe represents famine, which begins when the above attacks cause the crash of the American stock market and eventually the American economy as a whole.  Then, once all this occurs, then the third serpent strikes- the multi-colors represent a coalition of nations-China, Russia, N. Korea, Cuba, etc. (start of World War 3)
