U.N. adopts watered-down declaration

The U.N. General Assembly adopted a watered-down document on poverty, human rights and U.N.
reform Tuesday, but most of the text's details were gutted in favor of abstract language.

The document fails to provide a concrete definition of terrorism or details on how to replace the discredited U.N. Human Rights Commission, and does not mention nuclear nonproliferation. (AP)
