"Rapture not this year??"

No one should suppose that the "rapture is not this
year," as several have written to this board. The
rapture could come at any time, even today.

Somebody wrote that because the Jewish Temple needs to
be constructed by the mid-point of the tribulation,
the rapture cannot happen today. This supposes that
the Temple cannot be built in 3.5 years (7 year
tribulation) or 6.5 years (if a 10 year tribulation).

How long would it take to built the Temple?

The $355 million Arizona Cardinals stadium is a 32
month project; the $900 million stadium for the
Indianapolis Colts is a 36 month project; however the
speed record goes to the Jack Kent Cooke stadium that
cost $175-million and was built in just 17 months in
1997!

Obviously, these are much larger projects than the
Temple, and they are all able to be completed in less
than 3.5 years. So there is no reason to think that
the Temple could not be built in time for the
Antichrist to stop the sacrifices, leaving exactly
1290 days more until the return of Christ (Daniel
12:11).
