according to esteemed Stanford University professor

In 1912 Salvador de Madariaga married Constance
Archibald, from Glasgow Scotland, they had daughter
Neives, who was Solana's mother.

According to wikipedia, Solana's mother Neives was not
baptised, and had a deep interest in Bhagwan Shree
Rajneesh and Immanuel Velikovsky, one of the founders
of Hebrew University, and an early UFOlogist!

If true, this would make Javier Solana a "Marrano"
Jew, except it is unknow if he traces any "Jewishness"
through his grandmother Constance Archibald  (as most
Rabbis consider "Jewishness" a maternal trait).

then his Jewish roots may come in handy deceiving
