To Marilyn Agee, Sorana, Eric and the Doves;

I would really like your honest answer on this question. When you read Jesus' saying below, does it look like he will open the door again to give a second chance?

Mathew 25:11 "Later the others also came. 'Sir! Sir!' they said. 'Open the door for us!' 12"But he replied, 'I tell you the truth, I don't know you.' 13"Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.

The above writing is a plain English that anyone can understand. Is Jesus saying here that he will open the door again?

Please don't misunderstand me. I'm not saying you can't be saved during the Great Tribulation. People will be saved during the Tribulation. It's just that there will not be any rapture before the Great Tribulation.

So it's not the second chance that are given during the Great Tribulation.

Hi:

No, but neither did he say that everything on one subject would be in one place. Quite to the contrary, Isa. 28:9-13 says, "Whom shall he teach knowledge? and WHOM SHALL HE MAKE TO UNDERSTAND DOCTRINE? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; HERE A LITTLE, AND THERE A LITTLE: For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; HERE A LITTLE, AND THERE A LITTLE; that they (THE WICKED) might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken."

Dan. 12:10 says, "Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and NONE OF THE WICKED SHALL UNDERSTAND, BUT THE WISE SHALL UNDERSTAND."

Mat 24:32,33 says, "Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the DOORS (PLURAL).

Mark 13:29 says, "So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the DOORS (PLURAL).

Don't be too sure. There is a FIRST TRUMP and a 'LAST TRUMP" to call the elect up to Heaven. The first "trump of God" is in I Thess. 4:16. The "last trump" is in I Cor. 15:51,52. The first "trump of God" is before the Tribulation. The "last trump" is at the end of the shortened Great Tribulation. At the first Rapture, the dead in Christ will be "raised in incorruption" (I Cor. 15:42). I assume that the living will also be made incorrupt. At the last Rapture, all saints will be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, AND this mortal must put on immortality" (I Cor. 15:52,53).

The elect already in HEAVEN, having been caught up in the Pre-Trib Rapture, are gathered to the "GENERAL ASSEMBLY...IN HEAVEN" (Heb. 12:23) at the end of the shortened Great Tribulation. We read about that in Mt. 24:31. It says, "he shall send his angels with a great sound of A TRUMPET (the first trumpet sounds again), and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of HEAVEN to the other."

At the same time, the Tribulation saints are caught up in the Pre-Wrath Rapture. Mark 13:27 says, And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the EARTH (i.e., the Pre-Wrath saints) to the uttermost part of HEAVEN" (i.e., the Pre-Trib saints).

The type is in Num 10:1-4. It says, "the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Make thee TWO TRUMPETS of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest USE THEM FOR THE CALLING OF THE ASSEMBLY (of Heb. 12:23), and for the JOURNEYHING of the CAMPS (PLURAL).  And when they shall blow with them (i.e., both), ALL THE ASSEMBLY shall assemble themselves to thee at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. And IF THEY BLOW BUT WITH ONE TRUMPET, then the princes (the ELDERS, 12 patriarchs and 12 apostles of Israel), which are heads of the thousands of Israel, shall GATHER THEMSELVES UNTO THEE" (at the Pre-Trib Rapture, Rev. 4:4).

In Rev 3:8, Jesus tells the Philadelphians, the ones he does not have any words of condemnation for, "I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee AN OPEN DOOR (SINGULAR, i.e., the FIRST TRUMP OF GOD, I Thess. 4:16,17), and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name."

Here is that Pre.Trib Rapture: Rev 4:1 says, "After this I looked, and, behold, a DOOR was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard (Christ) was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, COME UP HITHER, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter" (after the Rapture). Right after being caught up to Heaven, we will see the 24 elders sitting on thrones and crowned (Rev. 4:4).

The first group of saints "out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation" sing the NEW SONG in Rev. 5:9, before the first seal is broken in Rev. 6.

Psa. 40:1-3 says, "I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. He BROUGHT ME UP (at the Pre-Trib Rajpture) also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay (as Jeremiah was lifted out of the miry pit in the earth), and set my feet upon a rock (Heaven), and established my goings (the Pre-Trib Rapture). And he hath put a NEW SONG in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it (THE PRE-TRIB RAPTURE), and fear, and shall trust in the LORD." The new believers will be caught up in the Pre-Wrath Rapture at the end of the Shortened Tribulation.

At that time, the 144,000 will be added to the Bride group. They "sung as it were a NEW SONG before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that SONG but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth" Rev 14:3).

Why only the 144,000 and not the "great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations" (Rev. 7:9)? It will be because "they are virgins (i.e., now become wise virgins)...WITHOUT FAULT before the throne of God" (Rev. 14:4,5). Both the 144,000 and the great multitude will come "out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb" (Rev. 5:9).

So, a second chance IS given during the Great Tribulation.
