"What a Difference Jesus Makes!"

We have all seen the horrifying pictures of lawlessness gone amok in New
Orleans.  Worldview makes a difference.  Police deserted their posts and
joined in with the looters.  The weak were preyed upon.

Contrast that were people were helping one another, putting the elderly
and frail in boats and trying to rescue those who were perishing.
People who were not only concerned about their own welfare but the
welfare of others.  You could see who Jesus lives in and who He didn't.

The ACLU has been trying to drive God out of our society for years.
They don't think Jesus makes a difference.  He makes a big difference in
how people behave when authority breaks down.  Pray for a revival to
happen in our nation because of this terrible thing.

There is hope, even if we are in the last days, with God all things are
possible if we have the faith to ask.  Join me in asking that God would
cause the thousands of people who are homeless to be touched by Jesus,
that He would provide food, water, shelter, and the bread of Life,
Himself to them.  This is the chance for the  Church to be Jesus's hands
and feet on this Earth.  God can reap a great harvest of souls from
this. Then Act to answer your prayers.

New Orleans was a wicked foul city, with a spirit of lawlessness running
rampant.  The Government is very corrupt.  Pray that God will use this
terrible tragedy to bring people to know Him as their Savior.

One really nasty piece of work I read that was quoted on another blog I
read said he was thinking he wasn't going to send any money to help
because Louisiana and Mississippi were red states.  He said "Let Jayzeez
help them" in a nasty sarcastic way.  I say, Jesus will help them, He
will come to their aid through the body of Christ.

I pray Oh Lord that you would work through Your Body here on Earth and
that the World would  See You are Alive today.  May God Arise and His
name be Glorified throughout all the Earth.  May America repent of her
many sins and wickedness.  With You oh Lord, all things are possible!
Amen
