The old ways are the best Jesus said of those who held on to their old wineskin. However the Holy spirit can not live in an old wineskin, it can not be containded by one who wants to hold on to his old way of doing things, to  his old life. One must be unafraid to stand alone and go against the grain to follow the Holy Spirit. It requires a decision on our part to lay down our old life style voluntarily, even those things that are uncomfortable to let go of. God is calling his people to lay down their old ways now by shaking what we once thought was secure. Let the shaking of our nation shake his people awake and together. All this will pass, what we thought only happened elsewhere will happen to us.
God prepare us for what you told us would occur so many years ago. Give us willing hearts so we can walk in your strength no matter what happen.
