I'm waiting to hear the testimony from a member of that HUGE church in Houston, (Lakewood Church) !  I wouldn't be a bit surprised that a prayer rally at that church on Wednesday night changed the course and magnitude of hurricane Rita!  Wednesday night Rita was a Category 5 hurricane, and headed straight for Houston....thus the mandatory evacuation calls!
 
By Saturday morning, Rita was reduced to a Category 3 and hit remote areas that are not densely populated along the TX/LA border.  Loss of life must be at a minimum.
