"Copy of Dangerous Hate Crime Bill  HR 3132"

John,

It's amazing that most of the reasons given below for the federal government to get involved in this area are all lies or of such scarcity as to be insignificant.  Why isn't it enough to just punish crime for whatever reason it's committed, but now we have to determine the "perceived motivation" behind the crime?  Even though this bill states "bodily injury", we all know that our liberal judges consider "emotional injury" to be included in that phrase.   If someone becomes stressed to the point of becoming sick over being told that they are going to hell if they don't repent, then you have bodily injured them!  This is a very dangerous bill to all who speak the truth in love!  Maybe preaching the gospel should be limited to "white straight people" and just let everybody else go to hell.  But that would be the ultimate hate crime, now wouldn't it?
