"ROSH HASHANAH"
ROSH HASHANAH
I have been so busy because
we are short staffed at work.I was however able to do one pertinent study
on the feast days and the Rapture.
http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/july2005/bobd721.htm
In this study to give you the
short version the Lord started opening up to me on how the first four of
the seven biblically mandated feast days were already fulfilled in Jesus
Christ in the spring time. It follows the pattern of 1 Cor. 15: 3/4..."
How that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; (4) And
that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the
Scriptures." These verses would provide us with the exact order of
the fulfillment of the first three feasts (1) Passover-the death of Jesus
Christ (2) Feast of Unleavened Bread-the burial of Jesus Christ (3) Feast
of Firstfruits-the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. Feast number one, two,
and three correspond to their respective number meanings in how they were
fulfilled in Jesus Christ. One (1) Unity-Passover, Two (2) Division-Unleavened
Bread, Three (3) Firstfruits Divine Completion. The fourth feast day Pentecost
( Shavuot) was fulfilled in Jesus Christ in Acts, Chapter 2 when the Church
was birthed into the World by the empowering Holy Spirit corresponding
to the meaning of the number Four (4) the World. I suggested Rosh
Hashanah might very well have its' fulfillment in the Rapture of the Church
because of the overtones of this feast day. It is the fifth feast day (5)-Grace.
Of course the Rapture is grace as Jesus Christ snatches His children out
of the World before divine judgment is administered in the World better
referred to as the seven year Tribulation. If the Rapture were to
happen on Rosh Hashanah a lot of people are saying the prophetic math would
fit more accurately if the Church were taken out of the World around October
4th; however, some people still hold to the belief that the real blast
of the Rosh Hashanah trumpet does not take place until a little after October
4th of this year. Of course in my previous article I go into the
sixth feast day ( Yom Kippur) and the seventh feast day ( Feast of Tabernacles)
and explain how they will be fulfilled and yes, these feasts also correspond
to the Biblical meanings of the numbers six (6) and seven (7). I
am not prepared to say the Rapture will take place on or around this Rosh
Hashanah but look at what is happening around the World. Would you
want to find yourself as an unbeliever in Jesus Christ and miss the Rapture
and be left behind? Nobody in their right mind would say yes to that.
We could be going home to see our Savior very soon!
Until then,
Keep looking up!
