Tom Gaston's posts END OF DAYS etc., (13
Sept. 2005) point to October 4th 2005, along with several others - i.e.
14,000 days from 6.6.67 (Capture of Temple Mount) until 4th October 2005
(Rosh Hashana - Jewish New Year- 5766). Thanks Tom.
It is interesting that Rosh Hashana will be
heralded by a Solar Eclipse in the Middle East which takes place in the
constellation VIRGO. on 3rd October.
Whilst I haven't posted for awhile, I
have been mulling over these dates -
I have been interested in dating significant
happenings in Israel and found that the Siege of the Church of Nativity
which began on 1st April 2002 plus 1260 days = Monday
12 Sept.2005 This date was the final withdrawal day for Israeli
troops from Gaza. (3 1/2 years exactly!!)
This withdrawal has given the Palestinians
fresh proof that terrorism works and brings rewards.
I could posssibly with a stretch of the imagination
equate the seige with Daniel 12:11 -
"And from the
time that the daily ..... shall be taken away, and the abomination
that maketh desolate
set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days."
i.e. the Church of the Nativity is where Jesus
was reputed to be born, and the Church services were disrupted for 40 days
until 10 May when the Seige ended.
To add the actual 1290 days mentioned to the
date of the Siege of the Church of Nativity - 1st April 2002 plus
1290 days = 12 October 2005 which is the Eve of Yom Kippur.
I still regard these 1290 days as a "setting up period" for something worse
to come - not necessarily the Anti-Christ, but certainly something that
causes desolation....
Perhaps the 10 days of Awe between Rosh Hashana
(also the start of Ramadan) and Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) will see an
escalation of events World-wide as advertised by Al Qaeda.
Daniel 12:12-13 continues to include Tom Gaston's
"END OF DAYS" phrase.
"Blessed is he that
waiteth and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and
thirty days.
But go thou thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest, and stand
in thy lot
at the end of
the days."
These two periods of time - 1290 days and 1335
days are obviously linked to the end of days - or perhaps to the beginning
of the events of end-times.
To add 1335 days to 1 April 2002, brings us
to 27 November 2005.
Whatever might happen, there is only one place
of security for the Soul, and that is in Christ.
