George Curle stated in his book "Times of the signs":
(Chapt. TEN) "Dr. Bullinger in his book 'Number in
Scripture' says:- " Nine is the number of finality or
judgment. The number nine is a most remarkable number
in many respects. ... It is the LAST of the digits ,
and thus marks the end; and is significant of the
CONCLUSION of a matter."      ...

NIneteen in Scripture  - Bullinger just makes this
brief comment "Nineteen is a number not without
significance. It is a combination of 10 + 9, and would
denote the perfection of divine order connected with
JUDGMENT."

The Nineteen Kings of Judah -

There were exactly 19 kings of Judah then judgment
(Athalia, was an evil ursurper and this woman is not
counted in the line - 2 Kings 11:1-3)

" in the NINTH year of Zedekiah's reign (NB: the 19th
and  last king of Judah) in the TENTH month ... came
King Nebuchadnezzar, King of Babylon against
Jerusalem.... in the NINTH day of the month was the
city broken up ... Now in the NINETEENTH  year  of
Nebuchadnezzar, came Nebozarndan captain of the guard
into Jerusalem, and burned the house of the Lord, and
the King's house; and all the houses of Jerusalem...
(Jeremiah 52) ...

The Nineteen Kings of Israel -

Just as there were nineteen Kings of Judah and then
the FINALE -  so there were exactly nineteen Kings of
Israel then FINISH! Hoshea was the 19th and last King
of Israel. "In the twelfth year of Ahaz King of Judah,
began Hoshea to reign in Samaria over Israel NINE
years, and he did that which was evil in the sight of
the Lord ... in the NINTH year of Hoshea, King of
Israel, the King of Assyria took Samaria, and carried
Israel away into Assyria ...  (2 Kings 17)

The Nine Doomed Generatins -

In Genesis 5 we learn that Noah was the tenth
generation from Adam - nine generations of offspring
died in the flood.

The Judgment on Sin -

The greatest judgment of all time occurred at the
NINTH hour - "And at the NINTH hour Jesus cried with a
loud voice 'My God, My God, why has thou forsaken me?"
(Mark 15:37)

1999 and Sodom and Gamorrah (Genesis 19) -

Sodom was destroyed when Abraham was 99 years of age
(Two nines = concentrated judgment - Gen. 18; 10;
21:5)"
