"RAPTURE on the Feast of
Tabernacles"
Dear Ola,
CAPS, John and Doves,
I have been wanting to post this for about a week but have been busy.
After Ola Llori'spostings
on September 13th, "the Rapture and the Feast of Tabernacles" parts
I, II, and IIIand
CAPS posting on September 14th about Ola Llori's postings I thought I should
sendthis
now.
I ran across the February 2002 issue of Prophecy in the News magazine and
the covercaught
my eye. The article was by Gary Stearman intitled "The Prophecies
of the NewSpring
Feast". I opened it and scanned the article and saw and insert that
had the 22 lettersof
the Hebrew alphebet and how they lined up with the 22 feast of Israel.
I had no idea there were 22 feast. The article went on to say that
originally there were7
Feast and that over the years there were 12 added until 1948 when the last
three springfeast
were added, hence the name of the article. Gary went
on to say that the feast being22
now as there are 22 letters in the Hebrew Alphabet means that they are
complete andit
was time for the Messiah to return.
The article stated that the feast start off with Rosh Hashanna being the
first letter or "aleph".My
first thought was the 4th letter being "dalet" which stands for "door"
and its implecationof
the door or and the rapture. This has been discussed many times previously
especially howRevelation
chapter "4" shows John being raptured to Heaven and what transpires immediatelyafter
that. There are many other times in articles posted here showing
how the number "4"implies
the open door of the rapture.
Now whats interesting is the 4th letter "dalet" lines up in Gary's chart
with none other than"The
Feast of Tabernacles!" When Gary mentioned that it was a 7-day
feast I immediatleythought
of the Revelation Capter 1 verses 12 and 13 where John says that he heard
the voiceof
the Lord and he turned to see Him walking among the 7 golden candlesticks
or the heavenlymenorah.
The Lord was addressing the 7 churches at this time as if this was there
last warningjust
before the rapture. Could the Lord walking among the 7 candlesticks
imply his warning the7
church's during the 7-days of the FOT?
Some believe that Christ was born on Rosh Hashanna. Others believe
that he was bornduring
Tabernacles. I believe the reason was that the scripture where it
says he "dwelt" amongus.
Im not a Hebrew or Greek language expert but understand that the word "dwelt"
alsocan
mean "tabernacled". It only seems fitting that if the Lord
left a glorified body and tookon
a clay body like ours on tabernacles and to live among us that we might
give up our claybodies
and receive our "glorified" bodies on tabernacles also.
I believe it was Jim Bramlett who posted about a little girl who met Jesus
and he told herhe
would be coming some September. Notice the message was that he would
"come" someSeptember
not that the rapture would be in September. The Lord could come on
the first dayof
Tabernales which is in September and be above the earth watching for sincere
repentancefrom
his flock to see who will be the bride. Maybe a 7-day warning and
"Space to Repent"with
the last day of tabernacles or 8th day being the day of the Rapture, in
the month ofOctober.
This would still make the promise he would "come" in September a
valid statement.
One last thought. Mrs. Agee stated that the verse "..many
would see (the rapture) andbelieve"
would fit more with tabernacles than at any other time of the year in Israel.
Everyonewould
be dwelling in booths outside, and what better place to call an assembly
than over theHoly
Land before our departure. Even so, come Lord Jesus.
In
His service,
Sam
