"Luke chapter 21"
I was reading Luke chapter 21 in my bible that
takes the original Greek and puts it in English. I was amazed at how it
sounded more urgent to watch for the rapture. Here it is:
v.34 - But take heed to yourselves that your heart not
be loaded down in headaches, and intoxication, and anxieties of life, and
that day come suddenly upon you v. 35- as a snare, for it will come in
on all those sitting on(the)face of all the earth(Isa. 24:17) v. 36 (here
is where it is different) Then be watchful at every time, begging
that you be counted worthy to escape all these things being about to occur,
and to stand before the Son of man.
I think the use of the begging is an eye opener!!!! Seems
it is more inportant than just praying. And watchful at everytime shows
not just during feasts.
