Dear Joe,The French involved themselves. They had a website for a while (don’t know if it is still up) with pictures claiming that a plane did not crash into the Pentagon--with various and sundry hype about what "actually" happened. That site was hashed and rehashed on the Rapture Ready chat board--you might find reference to it in the archives.
At this Map Quest link there is a map of the Pentagon.
My sense of direction from driving between the Navy Annex and the Pentagon for four years is what I quoted to you before. If you will look at this map the Pentagon is the yellow-green pentagon and to the left just on the other side of Washington Blvd is another yellow-green area which is labeled “Ft Myer”. That is mislabeled or the Navy Annex is on army soil. That is actually where the Navy Annex is. The entrance to the Main building is on Southgate RD just on the other side of a fence for the Arlington National Cemetery. Columbia Pike which is the street on the other side of the Navy annex and has an “S“ shape is where the slope downward toward the Pentagon is. The map doesn't show the slope but the land moved down to Washington Blvd and sloped up toward the Pentagon. But the Navy annex is higher than the Pentagon making the view of that side of the Pentagon very clear and the building in which my husband's colleagues had their meeting was in the eastward most building. ! According to the map scale the Navy Annex is a little over 2000 ft from the Pentagon.
I am guessing the air traffic controller was at Reagan National which is several miles from the Pentagon not the 2000 FEET just moments before the crash that my husband’s colleagues were!
Not only did my husband's colleagues see the plane crash into the Pentagon a boy from our neighborhood on Bolling Air Force Base was also on that plane on his way to a prize trip from a National Geographic competition. But I guess you could say that the parents of that boy were dumb enough to make up such a story or were delusional and just wanted attention by saying their son died on that plane--most Air Force people aren't usually like that!
Have it your way Joe--I don’t think you’ll ever be satisfied--pictures or no.
