Dear John & Doves....

>"RE:  John Russell"
>Your statement:  It has always been my interpretation.
>I think that is the whole problem.

So you are claiming that my interpretation of the passage "study to show thyself approved"
does NOT apply to Scripture?

>I am not disputing the scripture.

Clearly, by your opening statement contesting my interpretation of God's Word, you most
certainly are.

>I am disputing your mistatements to my sister in Christ Jesus.

I stand by what I said, and I provided Biblical quotations to that effect, contrasted
with your posts, which did not.

>There are way too many documents to disprove what you have stated.  They are
>all on the internet & extremely well documented for anyone to search out &
>learn the truth.

And rather than refer everyone to one website after another, would it not be more
productive to state what you believe the 'truth' to be, and provide Biblical proof?

Too many people have alllowed themselves to be subtly converted into Bush-hating
partisans due to questionable 'news' sources which reference OTHER questionable
'news sources' to support what in fact is not 'news', but 'opinion' - Bush hating and
America-bashing opinion. Such people have every right to indulge in such fantasies
but they do not have the right to promote such partisan opinions as being 'news'. As
such faux-news (opinions) make the rounds, gather more questionable 'references',
the only thing that is accomplished is the creation of an echo chamber in which all
those who choose to buy into any given conspiracy, plot, etc., tell each other how
they must all certainly be 'right', they trade Internet URLs, upload and download all
the latest 'secret' videos, documents and email transcripts, and at the end of the day
all they have is what they started out with - partisan, unproven opinions that they so
devoutly wish to be true.  And at the core of such thought patterns, there is more of
a reliance upon the assurances and guarantees of men and women, and very little
assurance and guarantees which are based upon the infallible Word of God.

In other words Brother Ford, you are free to continue to place your faith in the
numerous plots and conspiracies circulating the Internet, I will place my faith in
God's Word, which does not require people to hunt hither and yon on the Internet
for 'proofs' and 'evidence'.

Regards,

John Russell
