Can a chip find kidnapped persons ? No. Not at all.
The internal VeriChip has no transmitter to work with the GPS Global Satellelites.
It can locate no one.

What about PDL s?
Externally-worn transmitters do work with the GPS global satellite system, yet the PDL
( personal location device) would be the very first thing that kidnappers would remove from the person.
That would make the PDL totally useless in a kidnapping situation.

What does help ? Prayer. Calling upon God is the strongest force of help in times of kidnapping.
In Psalm 91, God tells us of His great protection for us.
He keeps us from all harm because of our love for Him.
