Don't ask another employee if they are married?  Don't use the word spouse?  Just use the word partner?  And "When gay, lesbian, and bisexual issues are discussed, make it clear that you are supportive of all aspects of diversity." They can't be serious, can they?  Well, they are, and I'm glad I don't live in Canada.  No faithful Christian can be supportive of all aspects of diversity such as, homosexuality, adultery, sex before marriage, bi-sexuality,etc. because they are all sins.
