However, the 9/11 victims in their class action lawsuit are not the only ones bringing a class action lawsuit against the Bushes because the Holocaust victims are bringing one also.  According to this article called "President Bush's Grandfather Helped Hitler To Rise To Power" at http://aoreport.com/news_101_pbush-hitler-help.htm  Jan Lissmann, one of the lawyers, filing the lawsuit said: "President Bush withdrew President Bill Clinton's signature from the treaty [that founded the court] not only to protect Americans, but also to protect himself and his family."  Also according to this second article at http://www.guardian.co.uk/usa/story/0,12271,1312540,00.html   Attorney Lissmann said: "If we have a positive ruling from the court it will cause [president] Bush huge problems and make him personally liable to pay compensation."  This was also considered a conspiracy theory for years, and was thrown out of a U.S. court. However, "The plaintiff's legal team has filed motions in The Hague that might enable the case to be re-examined. A ruling is expected in October." So you can see in part why President Bush removed President Bill Clinton's signature from the treaty.
