According to this article called "Bush Abandons Base On Homosexuality," Bush as of 8/15/2004 still believes homosexuals unions are up to the states to decide.  And according to Leviticus 18:22 which has not changed nor will ever change, the Lord said, "Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind: it is an abomination." So please don't let Bush pull the wool over your eyes just because he wants to keep the definition of marriage as a union between a man and a woman.
