Statement posted on the net:
"It has been determined that we are living in the year 2012 due to the eight
year deifference in going from the Julian to the Gregorian calender!"

Anyone heard of such a determiniation?  As you all know, I'm numerically
challenged ... so I seek the opinions of those who are calendar competant to
share what they know, please?  Can this be possible?
