in this account the Widow of Nain has lost her only son, and in the
funeral procession the Lord Jesus shows Himself to be Lord of the
Living and the Dead and raises him to life.

the greek word Strong's 5503g, Chera, meaning "widow", has a gematria
value of

709

i show this to be a resurrection number which i will explain in a
moment.

the hebrew word Strong's 491h, "almanuwth" meaning "widow" has a
gematria value of

527

if you read my posts at all you should recognize this 527 number.

Jared, the father of Enoch = 527 when Enoch is 'taken'.  527 is a root
rapture number, imho. critical.

this appears to be a 'resurrection of the dead' verse.

each widow is a type of each 'stage' of the I Thessalonians 4:16-17
event.

The Widow of Nain is tied to the resurrection of the dead, via her only
son who rises. this is Stage One.

Anna is aged, and sees her Messiah when He first appears. she is still
alive, but elderly. she is a type of the old guard, an aged believer
who will not die, but will see the Lord Jesus descend (Jared 527, 416)
at the resurrection/rapture event.

this is Stage Two.
