"Forgiven in the world to come?"

If Jesus said that something will not be forgiven in this, "neither in the world to come",
does that mean that some things are forgiven in the world to come?

Matthew 12:32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.

I'm not asking what is the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost, but asking if there are things forgiven in the world to come?
If so, what things are forgiven in the world to come?
What is the difference between being forgiven in this world, and being forgiven in the world to come?
