"Also
day by day,
from the first
day [15th of
Tishri] until
the last day
[22nd of
Tishri], he
[that is, Ezra
the priest]
read from the
the Book of
God. And they
kept the feast
seven days;
and on the
eighth day
[22nd of
Tishri] there
was a sacred
assembly..."
[Neh.8:18]
"On
the last day [22nd of
Tishri],
that great day
of the feast,
Jesus stood
and cried
out..." [John
7:37]
The
last day is
the 22nd of
Tishri.
The
eighth day is
the 22nd of
Tishri.
The
great day of
the feast is
also the
evening part
of the 22nd of
Tishri.
This
feast spans
seven
days. That
it is called a feast implies that it is kept in the evening,
from sunset.
Only
the 7th
evening
is called "the
great day of
the feast"
The
feast
represents
spiritual
nourishment,
which is
the righteousness
we practise
daily.
"Blessed
are those who
hunger
and thirst
for
righteousness,
for they shall
be filled."
[Matt.5:6]
The
righteousness
we practise,
is actually
received from
the very person of Jesus Christ, through His Holy Spirit.
This
is why the
Lord said,
"Whoever
eats
My flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will
raise him up
at the last
day [22nd of
Tishri]."
[John 6:54]
The
righteousness
we practise
day in day out
is what is
stored up in
us, and
becomes the
life
eternal of
our souls,
after our
translation,
it will become
the life
eternal of
our bodies!
"...grace
[that is the
gift of the
Spirit of
truth] might
reign [in us]
through
righteousness
to eternal
life through
Jesus Christ
our Lord."
[Rom.5:21]
Because
the Lord's
Spirit of
truth [that
is, the Holy
Spirit]
produces the
righteousness
we practise,
His holiness
is in it!
This
is why Paul
was inspired
to say,
"...present
your members
as slaves
of
righteousness
for holiness."
[Rom. 6:19]
Only
those
Christians who
love the Lord
are being
spiritually nourished
by Him, and
are said to
dwell on the
mountain
They
will
all be
translated on
the last great
day of the
feast of
tabernacles.
"And
in this mountain the Lord of host will make for all
people a feast of choice pieces, a feast of wines on the
lees...and He
will destroy
on this
mountain the
surface of the
covering [that
is, our
natural
bodies] cast
over all
people...He
will swallow
up death [mortality] forever."
[Isaiah
25:6-8]
All
those
Christians who
don't love the
Lord are
refusing to be
nourished by
Him and
are said to
dwell in the
wilderness.
They
will be going
into the Great
Tribulation
for 1,260
days, were
they will
learn the hard
way to receive
spiritual
nourishment
from the Lord.
In
other words,
to practise
the Lord's
righteousness!
"...The
woman
[Christians
left behind
after the
rapture] was
given two
wings of a
great eagle
[heavenly
intelligence], that she might fly into the
wilderness to
her place,
where she is
nourished for
a time [1
Year] and
times [2
Years] and
half a time [6
Months], from
the presence
of the serpent
[poisonous
doctrines]
The
Lord's
transfiguration
on the Mount
took place
during the
feast of
tabernacles.
The Lord
revealed to, 3
of His
disciples, the
glory
of His
immortal body
while
He still had
His natural
body!
"Now
it came to
pass...that He
[Jesus] took
Peter, John,
and James and
went up on the
mountain to
pray. As He
prayed, the
appearance of
His face was
altered
[changed], and
His robe
became white
and
glistening...But
Peter and
those with him
were heavy
with sleep;
and when they
were fully
awake, they saw His glory...Peter said to Jesus,
"Master, it is
good for us to
be here; and
let us make
three
tabernacles..."
[Luke
9:28,29,32,33]
The
Lord had His
immortal body
and His
natural body at the same time during the feast of tabernacles.
I
believe the
same thing is
going to
happen to us!
Paul,
appears to
indicate this.
"...For
the trumpet
will sound
[22nd of
Tishri], and
the dead will
be raised
incorruptible,
and we shall
be changed."
[1Cor.15:52]
He
then proceeds
to explain
what will
immediately precede the sounding of the last trumpet!
"For this corruptible must put on
incorruption
[on the 15th
of Tishri], and this mortal must put on
immortality."
[1Cor.15:53]
This
is the
possible scenario,
On
the 15th of
Tishri, which
is
today Tuesday
the 2nd of
October
2012, we
the saints,
who love the
Lord and
express this
by practising
His
righteousness,
I believe, are going to
be clothed with
our immortal
bodies.
These
bodies
[booths]
will remain
hidden from
view for 6
days, from
Wednesday the
3rd of October
2012 to Monday the 8th of October 2012 [16th-21st of
Tishri].
During
these 6 days
we continue to
practise
righteousness
[that is,
feast] in our
immortal
bodies
[booths] hidden
from view
within our
natural
bodies.
At
some point,
after sunset
[17:15 hrs]
[Jerusalem
time], on
Monday the 8th
of October
2012 [22nd of
Tishri] and
sunrise [5:38
hrs]
[Jerusalem
time] on
Tuesday the
9th of October
2012, I
believe the
resurrection
and
translation of
the saints
will occur.
All
the saints, in
their immortal
bodies, will
then
be gathered
in the New
Jerusalem for
the
Lord's sacred
assembly.
This will
be on Tuesday
the 9th of
October 2012.
I hope
this is how
events unfold
over the next
few days.
