"Have you seen any nephillim lately - read here and let your mind go!"

Hi Doves,

I have been in hospital for about 2 weeks with pneumonia and could not contribute.

I want to answer a post from Eric, who reprimanded me for not mentioning a source in one of my posts – but this I will leave until next week and do a full piece on why I sometimes leave out a acknowledgement.

Here is a revelation I had 1 or 2 years ago regarding the nephillim, spoken of in Genesis and in Tom Horns book.

A year ago I was reading Tom Horns nephillim book and it got me thinking and (This is only my conjecture) the following came to mind when reading a section of a recent commentary:

The people that lived in the time of Noah had no use for God, thus they did what was right in their own eyes. When the fallen angels began their incursion and co-habitation the offspring from those unions were, to our God, the final straw. The horrible creatures that were produced from that most unholy of unions were unadulterated evil and had to be destroyed. God was not pleased and He was forced to act in a way that would eliminate the scourge on the land. Water was God’s land cleansing choice. When that evil once again becomes fully manifest on earth as it has in the past, God will be forced to cleanse the land for the last time – only with fire this time.”(Ron Graham)

Now in a flood, stone usually does not get destroyed. The great pyramid in Egypt which predates all the other the pyramids, is architecturally superior to any of the other pyramids (all built after the flood) and why would the post flood pyramids be of inferior quality, if the Egyptians of the era already had the expertise to build the great pyramid so precisely – interesting fact is the lion statue with the human face in front of the great pyramid shows signs of water erosion on its back (Egypt has never had rain in that quantity to do the erosion – erosion by flood! Could be! – fact confirmed by civil engineers about 10 years ago!)

It goes to show that the civilization prior to the flood had their technology together.

And out of this a picture sprang to life – if you ever wanted to know how the nephillim looked, all you had to do was look at the STONE images of the Egyptian gods the ancient Egyptians prayed to – the mix of animal and human forms (jackal/Human – Crocodile/Human…..) and I surmise these stone effigies survived the flood and were seen as gods by the post flood Egyptians. Or where do you suppose they hit on the idea to produce these images – intermingled humans and animals in giant form – I think they were images of the Nephillim from the pre-flood era.
