Early morning of October 16, 2012 I had the following dream, which is
the second dream with the theme of children returning to earth from
Heaven. You can read the account of the first dream at this link:

A stranger (male) and I were tasked with setting up a ladder from
Heaven to Earth. I stood on a concrete "dock" or "landing" area that
jutted out into a lake, which was surrounded by a park(?) with many
trees. The stranger stood on a walkway that was higher than where I
stood by about three meters. He was in Heaven and I stood on the
Earth. He handed the ladder to me, which was very long, and appeared
old. It had a conspicuous cross bar across the top. It was difficult
for me to handle due to it's length, but I got it in the correct
position with the cross bar on the walkway above me, and the feet on
the concrete landing. The stranger did not come down the ladder, but I
believe the stranger referred to the ladder as the "Ladder of Joy".

I think I had been on the Heaven-side walkway and come down because
when my feet hit the concrete, I noticed how much cooler the
temperature was down there, and said out loud, " Gosh, it's turned
cooler." It seemed like autumn, but there were not colors in the
foliage. Perhaps they were all evergreens.

As I faced the ladder, I could see and hear children up to the left
across the way. They were in Heaven, also in a park. There were many
children, all seeming to be about the age of 6-8 years, and there were
also a few adults. All the children were loudly singing en masse some
Christian praise song, which I recognized, but have now forgotten.
They wore white shirts and dress clothes like they were on their way
to church. They were actually on their way to Earth, heading their way
towards the ladder to come down it. The song they were singing was
happy, but the group as a whole had a serious sense about them, like
they were on their way to Earth with some predetermined, important
assignment. They had some task to do, and it wasn't just an outing for
fun.

There was as a noticeable difference between the park in Heaven and
the park on Earth. The park in Heaven was bright and sunny, with
bright green grass. The park on Earth was very drab green - all of it.
The trees, the grass, and even the lake water was a deep dark green
and very still. It all looked old and worn out, even the landing area,
being a drab grey concrete-like material. The weather was overcast and
dreary. fairly depressing.

My sense was that the children were maybe coming to help in the
restoration of the place.
