"The interesting path of Comet C/2012 S1 (ISON)"

Rosh Hashanna 2013 will take place on October 6th, based on the Sun in VIrgo and the New Moon beneath her feet.

At the same time Comet ISON will be making a path VERY similar to last year's comet Elenin:

On 2013-10-6, Rosh Hashanna, it will be in Leo, with its tail streaming into Cancer and Gemini.

On 2013-10-16, Yom Kippur, it will conjunct with Regulus, the "King Star" in Leo.

It's peak brightness should be around November 29th.  On November 29th, the Sun and ISON will be in Scorpius, the moon conjuncts with Spica in Virgo.  And the tail of ISON will extend into Virgo, 'clothing' her with the Sun.

(Assuming this comet doesn't fizzle out, and the trajectories are reasonably accurate, the position and timing of this comet is just as interesting as Elenin was, but I'll not speculate more than the locations and dates given here.)
