It never ceases to amaze me at how SMALL the world is these days.....
 
One of the reasons we are in such a mess with Iran, being so close to making a Nuclear Bomb.....is becuase of El Baradei's leadership (or lack thereof) when he was head of the United Nation's Nuclear Inspection group.
 
It was like putting the Fox in charge of watching over the Foxes......who were watching over the hen house.  One muslim, watching over the muslims who wanted to go nuclear.
 
Until El Baradei retired, after years of doing inspections in Iran. he said "Iran is not pursuing a nuclear bomb program."  But 2 months before he retired (to go back to Egypt, to try to run for President..)  he said "Iran may be closer to having a nuclear bomb than was previously thought...."     WHAT?   Hmmmmmmm

So, I met a guy who was a weapons inspector in Iraq for 8 years, until they had to pull out before the Iraq War.....hmmm, small world!!   He thought the guy was a little sleazy, too!!

PS......For the first time, after more than 14 years of learning and watching....I am quite dismayed that the fall feasts have come and gone.......and no Rapture.   But, what can you do?  One needs to stay the course.....nothing can convince me that the Rapture will NOT happen in my lifetime.....and I am almost 57 years old... So, TICK TOCK......  I'll be watching world events every day..... and especially will be watching next spring and next fall.  All the dominoes, in my opinion, continue to line up, just waiting for the Rapture.  I am so disappopinted with the US and World economy........the leadership of our country, and around the world.  Things seem so fragile......in Syria, Egypt, and Israel......and in the economies around the world.
 
I fear the next 12 months could be quite chaotic in the markets....at the very least, still quite volatile.  (The markets couldn't possibly go back to "normal" .....could they???  I just don't see it.....)  the US Debt problem is still unsolved.....and in Europe, they look like the US 3 years ago.......will to try ANYTHING to keep their economy from going further down the toilet....
 
And then in 1 year, we have the presidential elections.......I feel like I'm back in grade school.....and the people running for office are alot DUMBER than I am...and that AIN'T GOOD!!  It just seems like a popularity contest....and NO ONE has the answers.....NO ONE!!
 
I just want to go home.............   a few years back John MacArthur and another top radio preacher said 2 things about the nearness of the Rapture:
1) It feels like I'm at summer church camp.......and it's about time to go home!!!
and
2) John said......"it's like coming up to a stop light.....and you know it's going to turn to yellow, then red....becuase the "don't walk" light starts to blink."  Well, that was some 8-10 years ago that I heard that......so, if the don't walk light was flashing back then, the YELLOW light must now be showing......becuase the RED light Must be coming soon!!  Let's hope.........
 
PPS...I am very happy that the soldier Gilda Shalit, has FINALLY been released in Israel....after over 5 years!!!  Israel exchanges 1 GOOD guy, for over 1000 BAD guys......wow!!  It's happened that way before, too!!
 
Well, maybe, since HE has been allowed to go home......maybe WE WILL TOO....soon!!  Let's hope.......
