Maybe there are those people that think that the tribulation is not real, that the church needs to be purified by the tribulation.   But consider this, the technology is getting to the point you do not know what could be real or fake anymore.    A recent commercial for J'adore perfume with Charlize Theron where they put Marilyn Monroe, Grace Kelley and Marlene Dietrich within the commercial and they seemed really alive.  

In the tribulation, they will have facial recognition technology, voice recognition technology....they already have the capability of laptop cameras to change your video face when you speak to another person, aka your avatar.   All the NWO has to do is obtain a copy of your picture and load it into a 3D image into their computer, obtain a scan of your voice and a body scan of you through the airport and put you on the television committing a crime, saying something you did not say, or mocking you, or perverting you in anyway they want.   Do you really want to see this happen to your reputation?   And you cannot sue, you cannot complain!

If you are not wanting to watch for Jesus return and think you need to go through the tribulation.....and you are on Facebook right now struggling with someone photo shopping your picture and it bothers you.....well think about all the ways further they are going to humiliate you for your faith in Jesus Christ and the WHOLE WORLD WILL SEE IT!
