I believe that this man could have seen Obama....why?   Because Dr. David Owour is a black man with a beard in dreadlocks and is a holy man of God.   I believe he is mocking Dr. Owuor.    He is like our modern day Elijah and from this website, here is a tidbit of what happened to him in Chicago...the two were rising at the SAME TIME!

Notice how Obama was the Illinois State Senator from Chicago from 1997-2004....the time when Dr. David Owuor was in Chicago and the Lord visited him.    In 2004, Obama went to the US Senate and then he became the President.   So you see, that as Obama was rising to power, the Lord called Dr. David Owuor.    Coincidence?
