"Jim Bramlett (7 Oct 2011)   "Steve Jobs, R.I.P.""

Yes, Jim,

I've often wondered about people like Steve Jobs who die without ever being exposed to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.  Do you suppose he could yet be saved in the spirit and forgiven in light of the fact he was never given a chance to say yes or no to Jesus?  I can't help but feel a man so brilliant, lacking in the knowledge of Jesus Christ, would be condemned to hell and punishment by God, through no fault of his own.  How would he know to even search for it?

(A side-bar here:  I heard on the radio that if Steve found there was no heaven, he would invent it.)   My question is; based on his known background, does that condemn him now and for eternity?

God knows the hearts of us all!  If God knows whether or not Steve Jobs would have been saved, had he KNOWN, would that in and of itself save him?   Any thoughts?

His quote:  "All pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure - these things just fall away in the face of death...  Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life.", does seem to have a Christian ring to it!

It goes back to, please don't punish me for something I did when I didn't know....  God is a Merciful, Kind, Patient and Loving God.  I believe Steve is in His Hands being enlightened for the first time.  I think we'll see him in the rapture looking joyfully stunned!
Thank You, LORD!
