Is Dr Owour Elijah?

I was reading Micah 4:5 Behold I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord. And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.

Elijah comes BEFORE the great day of his wrath

Rev 6:17 THE TWO WITNESSES do not show up until AFTER the 6th seal.

So I read the story of Elijah to see how Dr Owour would connect with him. Elijah was taken up into heaven just as Dr Owour will be taken also!  So Dr Owour is a type of Elijah. And not only that look at his testimony! The blind see, the lame walk, the deaf hear, he called down rain and all his prophesies have been coming true with 100% accuracy.
Matthew 11:1-19, Luke 7:18-28, John 3:22-36.

John the Baptist also was a type of Elijah

Where is there any verse that says Elijah is one of the two witnesses?
So where did the teaching of Elijah being one of the two witnesses come from?

The two witnesses do not seem human if fire comes out of their mouths.

When you watch the videos of Dr Owour everyone calls him the Prophet of the Lord
